Chatbot
Display a chatbot with no programming required. In addition to rule settings and automatic responses, you can also analyze customer insights with the AI assistant*1.
A/B Test Banners
Display A/B test banners and pop-ups. Click counts are measured and reported automatically. You can configure new/returning visitors, device, display period, and more.
AI Assistant Beta
An AI assistant for running your site. It can generate blocks, configure the theme, set up A/B tests, produce reports, and analyze chatbot logs.*1
Chatbot
A chatbot that is ready to use with no programming and no AI API configuration required.
It responds automatically to questions using rules or keyword matching, greatly reducing the burden of handling inquiries.
Chatbot logs are saved so you can review the questions and results. Japanese and English messages are supported as standard.
Furthermore, if you tell the AI assistant*1 to "analyze customer insights from the chatbot logs",
you can analyze customer insights from the questions submitted to the chatbot.
Example: you discover that although the site has no document request page, many users are looking for one.

*1: Using the AI assistant requires configuring an AI API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). API usage fees apply separately.
*2: Form and survey functionality can be displayed by using a separate plugin or external service and entering the code you obtain. Note that depending on the specifications of the service you use, it may not be supported.
*3: Event reporting in Google Analytics (gtag.js) is supported. You need to configure the tracking code as well as this plugin's tracking settings. The following are recorded: event category "engagement"; event actions "impressions (view_item)" and "clicks (click)"; event label "CONNECT ID". Note that nothing is recorded when custom HTML or shortcodes are used.
